Some of my favorite objects are often the ones that seem perfectly comfortable in places that aren't.
The Dock Stool grew out of that idea. It's a folding stool inspired by the weathered infrastructure of Oregon's North Coast, built from forged steel with a hand-dyed 9–11 oz. vegetable-tanned leather seat.
It folds flat when not in use and works just as well beside a workbench or wood stove as it does around a campfire or along the river.
